The She Means Business Summit 2026 is a thoughtfully curated high-tea leadership experience designed for women navigating careers, ambition and everything in between. Built as part of the larger She Means Business initiative by Avant Welfare Foundation, the summit brings together women leaders, professionals and change-makers for an evening of meaningful conversations and shared learning.
At its core, the summit is simple in intent: to create a space where women can pause, reflect and better understand what they need to grow—personally, professionally and financially.

Across four focused discussions, the summit explores the key pillars that shape a woman’s journey at work and beyond:
