Celebrating the Success of the Little Learner’s Library Fundraiser
We are excited to share the remarkable success of our recent fundraiser aimed at establishing the Little Learner’s Library for pre-primary students. This initiative was designed to create a vibrant library filled with age-appropriate books, furniture, and learning resources, all focused on fostering a love for reading and enhancing early childhood education. The goal was to equip young learners with essential literacy tools from an early age.
The funds enabled the purchase of over 330 books, child-friendly furniture, and a library management system, creating a welcoming space for early literacy development.
The initiative aligns with our mission to promote educational equity, and we look forward to replicating similar projects in the future to support children’s learning and development.
Knowledge Key Classes: An Educational Program for 10th Board Exam Students
Avant Welfare Foundation launched an educational program to assist government school students in preparing for their 10th board exams. This initiative addressed challenges such as teacher shortages and funding issues. Collaborating with Siemens Healthineers employees, who volunteered their expertise, the program aimed to provide essential academic support to help students achieve better results.
Over 80 students participated, achieving a significant increase in scores and better results along with greater engagement in their studies. Access to study materials and personalized tutoring significantly boosted their confidence.
The program exemplifies our commitment to supporting underserved communities, with plans for ongoing mentorship and advocacy for systemic improvements in education.
