Donation Terms and Conditions

1. Donation Confirmation :

Upon completing the donation process, you will receive an acknowledgment confirming your donation. This acknowledgment will serve as a receipt for your records and may be used for tax purposes.

2. Payment Information :

By providing payment information, you confirm that the details are accurate and you have the right to use the payment method.

3. Donation Amount and Mode of Payments :

Donations can be made for any amount based on your preference. However, for tax exemption the minimum amount of donation is Rupees Five Hundred (Rs. 500).

Donations can be done via UPI/Net Banking/Cash. We DO NOT accept cash donations above Rupees Two Thousand (Rs. 2000).

Donations made in kind are not eligible for any tax exemptions.

4. Donation Refund Policy :

All donations are considered final and non-refundable. If you have difficulty in making a donation online, please contact us promptly at reachus@awf.org.in to address the issue.

5. Tax Deductibility under Section 80G :

Donations made to Avant Welfare Foundation are eligible for tax exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act. You may be entitled to claim deductions on your taxable income. Consult your tax advisor for specific information applicable to your circumstances.

6. Tax Exemption under Section 12A :

Avant Welfare Foundation holds valid registration under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, confirming our status as a charitable organisation. This registration enhances the tax benefits available to donors.

7. Donor Information and Privacy :

We respect your privacy. Information collected during the donation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade or share donor information with third parties.

8. Utilisation of Donations :

Donations will be utilised for the charitable purposes outlined in our mission. While we strive to honour donor preferences, Avant Welfare Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to fulfil our mission.

9. Acknowledgment and Recognition :

We may publicly acknowledge and recognise donors, unless you choose to remain anonymous. If you wish to opt-out of acknowledgment, please notify us in writing.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions :

Avant Welfare Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

11. Governing Law :

These donation terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

By proceeding with your donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making a donation.
